Shipping Policy

1. GENERAL

1.1 Chellac International, having its registered addressed at H-54, Site-4, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida , Holding Brand Name “PSYGN” (Trade Mark and Copyright) is managing and
operating the website www.psygn.in (collectively referred to as the“ PSYGN Platform”), through which
it facilitates the sale of furniture and other related products (“Products”) to the users of PSYGN Platform.

1.2 This document is a detailed draft of our shipping policy which explains our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased from the PSYGN Platform.

1.3 We aim to Provide Delivery Services Pan India. Our aim is to provide our customers the best experience with our associated delivery partners. We have Partnered with Leading Logistic Channels to handle the deliveries in the best possible way and to ensure that customers have a hassle-free experience for the orders being ordered at PSYGN Platform.

We as Brand are continuously making efforts to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely manner.

1.4 By agreeing to use the PSYGN Platform and / or purchasing a Product on the PSYGN Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. Every time you use the PSYGN Platform, we urge you to read and comprehend the conditions of this policy. You should not use, access, or transact on the PSYGN Platform if you disagree with the terms stated in this Policy.

2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

2.1 To ensure that the product is shipped and delivered to you, we have collaborated with outside logistic service providers (referred to as “Delivery Partners”). An approximate delivery date for the product you ordered from the PSYGN Platform will be given to you. Once we confirm the order, we will notify the customer of this expected timeline on the order confirmation page. Additionally, the Order Updates with be shared on customers registered numbers as registered with us.

2.2. You agree and understand that though we endeavour to ship and deliver our Products all across India, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. We or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the PSYGN Platform in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such user at the time of placing an order on the Platform. You may also verify whether your area is serviceable or not for deliveries by us by entering the relevant area pin-code on the PSYGN Platform.

2.3. To ensure timely deliveries, you agree and acknowledge, we may require or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the PSYGN Platform is true and accurate and our team is able to identify the actual place of delivery. You agree to bear complete liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Products due to incomplete or inaccurate information shared at the time of placing
the order. It is further clarified that we shall not be liable in any manner for non-delivery due to above stated reasons.

2.4. An Pre -delivery intimation will be made from our side ( Delivery Partner) before delivering the product at your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. In the event of your non availability, to accept the delivery, our Delivery Partners will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver the purchased Products to you. If the third delivery attempt is also unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products at our sole discretion and process the return of such Product to us. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds subsequent to any such cancellation.

2.5 Although we make every possible effort to ensure that the products you have purchased are delivered to you promptly and within the time frame that has been communicated to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed due to the following Natural Occurring Measures For, Example: (a) Logistical Issues. (b) Inappropriate weather conditions (c) Political unrest, Strikes, Road Closures, Labor disputes etc (d) Natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, etc (e) other unforeseen circumstances.

We will try our best to notify you in writing via your registered email address and/or mobile number in the event of such a delay. We disclaim all responsibility for any damages that might result from our failure to alert you about delivery delays of products you have ordered through the PSYGN Platform.
2.6. We Continuously make an effort to treat logistic partners, staff members, and agents with the utmost respect for morality and honesty, and to conduct ourselves in a way that radiates, and politeness. You understand and accept that we are unable to keep an eye on every delivery executive and that we have no control over the decisions or behaviors of delivery channel personnel. We are just helping to deliver a product that you have purchased, so we won’t be held responsible for any actions or inactions on the part of our delivery agents, staff, or personnel, and/or the logistic partner or their staff, agents, or personnel. This includes poor service, incorrect product delivery, length of time it takes to deliver the product, tampered with product packaging, etc. To ensure complete clarity, In case of any such activity, we request you to update us on care@psygn.in within 24 hours.

2.7. We maintain the right to occasionally charge or collect shipping costs on Products time to time as the cost of shipping may differ depending on the product’s value, kind, delivery location, mode of payment, etc. You acknowledge that we have the right to retrieve the shipping and delivery charges for the delivery service that the logistic partner has supplied on the partner’s behalf. If we charge postage for delivering a product you have purchased, we will not reimburse you for those costs in the event that you request a return.

2.8. Return of purchased Products are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. On receipt of request for return of Product on the PSYGN Platform and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-Logistics Partners shall get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Products from you. We process returns and exchanges of purchased Products in accordance with our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
