Warranty Guarantee

Chellac International is committed provide efficient & valuable services to customers. We are committed to achieve excellence in our products, processes and services.

1.0 DEFINITION:

1.1 WARRANTY:  Warranty refers to products’ repair within a certain period of time in certain conditions from the date of purchase with/without any cost to customers.

1.2 GUARANTEE: Guarantee means free-of-charge replacement within a certain period of time from the date of purchase free of cost.

1.3 We are not providing any type of Guarantee for any of the article.

2.0 SCOPE OF WARRANTEE:

2.1 We are providing 1 years of warrantee in all articles for manufacturing defects in certain conditions.

2.2 Customers can ask for repair of defective articles at no extra cost. Damaged conditions shall be verified by the PSYGN, based upon the verification, if the article found damaged due to manufacturer defects and customer is using products as per user manual/ guide, then repair would be arranged by Company without any cost to customer.

2.3 Defects in manufacturing and material.

2.4 Joints of Metal Structures.

2.5 Metal finishes provided the use and care of the product is followed as per the intended use and maintenance procedures.

2.6 Ripping of tailoring seams provided the use and care of the product is followed as per the intended use and maintenance procedure.

2.7 Deformation and collapsing of cushion core. (All foam composites naturally soften with use. This softening does not constitute a defect under this warranty).

2.8 Purchaser is required to follow suitable wet mop cleaning of metal, stone, glass,, surfaces using no aggressive cleaning agents.

2.9 Purchasers are required to follow the dry cleaning of fabric upholstered furniture not using aggressive chemicals.

2.10 Purchasers are required to follow degreasing, buffing, and shining of leather furniture using recommended compounds only.

2.11 Contracted products once set up after unpacking them in a particular location must not be repacked with unauthorized packaging material or moved to another location. This warranty is not extended to the product if subjected to repackaging and relocation.

3.0 What is not covered under Warranty:

3.1 This warranty does not cover Glass, Mirror, Marble, and acrylic, the shaping of stone Top.

3.2 All metal and Fabric finishes change slightly with time due to the natural behavior of the finishes. Such a change does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

3.3 The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.

3.5 If a specific set of warranty for any product by a third party i.e. by a Manufacturer or a Service Provider of the Product that is offered in the market, such warranty claims are amongst and between the third party and you. PSYGN shall not be liable or responsible for any such warranty(s). We do not take any obligation to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and such a third party.

3.6 All metal, wood, stone, and glass finishes can retain their look with the following maintenance schedule. Rigorous use of furniture items may degrade these finishes. This warranty does not cover such degradation. However, PSYGN will provide maintenance assistance to repair such damages on-site on call at additional costs on case bases.

3.7 It doesn’t extend to consequential damage or losses.

3.8 It is null and void if repairs and modifications or any kind of alterations have been found to be carried out by external agencies.

3.9 It does not cover deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions. 3.10 It does not cover normal wear and tear.

3.11 It will be based on the Standard Operating procedures governing product warranties and the manufacturer’s decision to handle such warranties shall be final and bearing on the customer.

4.0 NOTE:

4.1 There can be a minute difference in fabric color and Metal finish between the images here and the actual product. This is caused by the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays.

4.2 It is acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions up to 3-5 mm in upholstered products and up to 5-8 mm in Metal Products.

4.3 Termite & Fungus will not be covered under the warranty.

4.4 Please note that this warranty does not extend to any Fittings as fittings warranty is covered by the manufacturing company of the same.

4.5 Metal Products are Handcrafted, Hence Slight Variation in the Frames & Joints is normal due to its nature.
