Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy

PSYGN is committed to ensure proper management of return & replacement of the product(s) and/or material(s). We wish to provide prompt and efficient services while keeping the health & safety of employees, staff & particular society in large in mind. We are committed to achieving excellence in our products, processes, and services.

We take great pride in all the designs we create, and curate. However, we completely understand if there are reasons that the product needs to be returned. To check our return policy in detail here. The order amount will be credited to you within 10 days from the day of initiating the refund. In case of returns, the refund will be initiated once the returned product is reviewed and inspected by our team. If a Product is returned under our Return Policy, the value of such product, as originally paid by you will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and PSYGN or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly to your original payment method. If you opted for Cash on Delivery, the order amount will be credited to your bank account via NEFT

1.0 CANCELLATION:

1.1 We offer cancellations until the product is shipped. Returns within 7 days of the delivery are eligible for damaged or defective products.

Note: Kindly unbox or assemble the product with utmost care. Cancellations/ Returns/ Warranty will be void if not unboxed or assembled by following Proper Instructions as received along with the Product.

2.0 RETURN:

2.1 DEFINITION: Return is a process of receiving the product(s) and material(s) from customer(s) to PSYGN and giving them the amount which was/were given to PSYGN during the purchasing process by customer(s).

2.2 We do not accept any type of return.

3.0 REPLACEMENT:

3.1 DEFINITION: Replacement is a process of receiving the product(s) and material(s) which was/were purchased initially by customer(s) and giving them other product(s) and material(s) of same value by PSYGN.

3.2 In the case of the conditions below, articles are not eligible for returns or exchange/replacement:

 3.2.1 Cut/damaged articles after replacement period is over.

 3.2.2 Custom made.

 3.2.3 Articles are not in their original packaging during replacement.

 3.2.4 If the articles are not repackaged in the same packing material as received.

 3.2.5 If the articles received are not in the same condition as shown in the pictures shared with Customer Support at the time of raising the request for replacement.

3.3 Exchange/replacement as per warranty within 10 Days from the date of the purchase in case of Physical Damage, defective, wrong, and missing Item or wrong item received.

3.4 If any customer receives any damaged article, the customer can return and get the replacement at no extra cost. Damaged conditions shall be verified by the PSYGN Team, based upon the verification, if round article damaged before reaching to customer, then replacement can be provided, if proof is not satisfactory replacement can’t be provided.
